FEES​

• $5 entry per each additional person after contestant and parents

• YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE EVENT WITHOUT A WRIST BAND.

• Because of advanced preparation and costs, minimum deposits are non-refundable.

• Entry fees are non-refundable.

• Sibling Discount Program Available. (First Child pays full price, Additional children receive $5 off their line-up deposit). If you would like to enter more than two children please contact us to inquire about available discounts for more than one sibling.

• Age divisions are based on their age as of the day of the pageant.

• Judges scores and decisions are final.  Scores will be released for improvement in future pageants, but we ask that you respect the judging and scoring process.  ​​

• Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated and may result in the disqualification of the contestant without benefit of a refund.

• Any falsification of contestant status will result in disqualification without benefit of refund and any and all prizes received must be forfeited.

• We allow 7 contestants in each age division. We will not release number of participants to individuals, however we may announce numbers a few days before the pageant based on low numbers or if the category has filled.

• Please minimize any coaching over the age of 4. We want to allow the children to be themselves without the pressure of trying to achieve perfection. Acceptable: Reminding a child to smile or telling them to move from x to x, asking them to wave to the judges. Unacceptable: Standing behind the judges at anytime doing a child's full routine so the child may follow you. Again, an occasional cue/prompt is okay!

• NO approaching the judges or tabulators during competition.

• Participants give Natural Grace the right to use their name and pictures for publicity without further compensation.​
 

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS

Please allow the participants to look as natural as possible! Keep it simple and classy.

ATTIRE

• Optional and beauty attire may be off the rack or custom designs but no "glitz", no rhinestones! Pearls and light sequin only.

• Glamor type photos are inappropriate for this pageant and will not be scored.

• Age- Appropriate attire, hair styles, etc.

• Points will be deducted for exposed midriffs, tear away’s, costumes (for themed Outfit of Choice events) that depict witches, blood/gore, acts of violence, or wardrobe choices that would otherwise compromise the integrity of our Christian youth. NO SWIM SUITS

• Optional Attire can be Costume, Theme or Holiday related clothes

• Beauty wear should be Sunday Best, Flower Girl, Evening Wear or Pageant Dress (Short or Long)​
 

MAKEUP, HAIR, ETC.
FALSE EYELASHES, FLIPPERS, AND HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE PROHIBITED!!

• Ages 0-9: No makeup permitted

• Ages 10+: Light makeup is permitted. This includes foundation, light eye makeup and a light lip color/gloss. Whatever you choose, please look natural, because judges will be seeking a wholesome look. Keep everything (dress, hair, etc.,) age appropriate.
A word about theme wear, costumes and talent attire: In costume, theme wear and talent competitions you are allowed costume style wigs and costume make-up if it enhances your costume.
Non-glitz attire & make-up: If you are unsure please contact us directly! If you break any of these rules anytime during the competition, your beauty score can be reduced by up to 50%. We reserve the right to check all contestants before they take the stage!

TALENT

​• Talent entries must provide their own music.

• Musical selections that go over 3:30 will result in point deductions
